Lenovo IdeaPad K1 Case,
I wanted a case for my new Lenovo IdeaPad K1. This is my second tablet and it is nice to have a case that can stand at different angles so that if you are watching movies or performing other task, it can be moved for a better viewing angle. The JKase said it was leather and for a price of $11.99 I thought “How could I go wrong?”
Well, the case came in last night and I have mixed feelings about it.
First off, this thing is NOT leather. After reading the product description further down the item’s page it is later described as synthetic leather. The case doesn’t seem too bad, but it has a cheap feel to it. The case fits the Lenovo K1 pretty well, and it holds the Ideapad at 3 different angles and doesn’t slip. There are cut outs for the front and rear cameras and holes where the speakers are located as well. The case does it job but I still wonder about its durability due to the materials it is made from.
In the end, it is a case that does its job for $11.99, but due to its cheap feel, it is hard to really like it. I will keep the JKase until I can find something nicer at a reasonable price.

|Protects Tablet at a great value!,
What can I say? This case does the job in protecting the tablet. It provides protection and functionality found in more expensive options. It is definitely not real leather but it protects the tablet rather nicely. The ideapad k1 ports are easily accessible. I like the fact that there are 3 notches in the cover so that one can have 3 different angles for the viewing the tablet screen in the horizontal position.
A nice feature of the cover/case is the ability to put the tablet in the portrait position. The button that attaches the tablet case to the tablet cover works as a swivel. This means you can turn the tablet from portrait to landscape or landscape to portrait. It’s a nice touch.
Overall, for $20 bucks this is a great value option. Why pay $30 or even $50 for a cover? It is simply a waste of your hard earned money. Use the money you save for a bluetooth keyboard or even a screen protector.
Good luck!
